Uncommon Questions Inspired by The Book of Joy

We recently read The Book of Joy, written by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu with Douglas Abrams. The book offers eight Pillars of Joy, which provide the foundation for cultivating joy in your life no matter the circumstances — perspective, humility, gratitude, generosity, forgiveness, compassion, acceptance and humor. The pillars sparked a range of emotions, conversations and thoughtful actions among our team.

Using the eight Pillars of Joy we’ve created a set of eight Uncommon Questions to help you think about how to cultivate joy in your life.

More Uncommon.
